Zippy Dry Rub For Chicken
2 Tsp Ground black pepper
2 Tsp Ground white pepper
2 Tsp white Sugar
1 TBL Cayenne pepper (more or less)
2 Tsp Chili powder
2 Tsp Cumin
2 Tsp Garlic powder
2 Tsp Brown sugar
2 Tsp Ground oregano
2 TBL Hungarian Paprika
2 Tsp Dry mustard
1 Tsp Celery salt
1/2 Tsp Salt
Place all ingredients in a one-pint Mason jar.
Seal the jar and shake to blend well.
to use Rub mixture into the meat, wrap tightly
with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Store leftover mixture in the sealed jar or in freezer.
