Balsamic-Galzed Salmon Fillets

Balsamic-Galzed Salmon Fillets

1/4 c. Balsamic Vinegar
2 TBL fresh-squeezed lemon juice
2 TBL light brown sugar
2 salmon fillets, 1/2-3/4 lb. each

Preheat grill to medium;
Whisk together the first three ingredients;
Brush the salmon generously with the glaze, reserving some for basting.

Coat grille rack with non-stick cooking spray; Grill salmon with grille lid down for 4 to 6 minutes on each side, basting occasionally with the reserved glaze.
Fish is done when.........well, you know when it's done!

Since our grill is not hooked up... I'll have to bake this. Any advice on temps and times.

Salmon is thawing as I type.
