Since I know you I have have to admit ......this statement worries me a bit .....but I'm afraid of the answer I'd get if I asked you to expand on it.

Hi,
The name's Syd - I'm an amateur kitchen destroyer. Some of the food which results from said process of destruction isn't too bad - but I often wonder how to improve on current processes. So, this forum has been of great help in the past as a guest - so it would be nice to give something back where possible!
