I am not sure how to push you some through the Internet, but, you can certainly find a lot of things to do with it here, including making your own from that livestock you butcher.
The name's Syd - I'm an amateur kitchen destroyer. Some of the food which results from said process of destruction isn't too bad - but I often wonder how to improve on current processes.
