Munakokkeli - Scrambled eggs

1 tablespoon chives
6 eggs
1 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 dl (2/3 cup) milk
1 tsp salt
1 ml (1/4 tsp) white pepper

1. Rinse and chop the chives.
2. Beat the eggs lightly.
3. Melt the butter in a frying pan.

4. Mix the ingredients. Pour the mixture into the pan to clot.
5. Pour to the plate.
6. Serve with smoked or fried fish or with bread.

Now this one I make all the time, from Spring till the first frost!

I have chives all over my yard and I adore them!

This morning I was admiring how good my chives look. Breakfast is planned.

Then there could be the microwave eggs and English muffin, as well.
