Kitchen Sink Casserole
I just made this up one day when I had bits & pieces of things in my fridge. Turned out my husband really likes it! It's so versatile you can put in anything, including the kitchen sink
2 cups of cooked meat (I use half chicken & half ham)
1 cup of leftover vegetables
3 cups of cooked rice (I use brown & wild mixed)
1 can of cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 can of milk
1/2 cup of sour cream
2 tsp each of dried Italian seasoning, granulated onion & granulated garlic
1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Crushed crackers
Mix everything together in a large mixing bowl. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pyrex. Top with crushed crackers. Bake @ 350 for 30-35 min until bubbly.
