this is a popular recipe, it has many different versions this is just ours and we like it alot
1 lb ground beef
2 cups mixed frozen veggies
1 lb pkg tater tots
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese(we use white cheddar)
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Brown ground beef and drain. Add veggies and mushroom soup, mix together and heat through on medium/low heat.
Spread in bottom of a casserole or 9 x 13 pan. Arrange tater tots on top in a single layer (you probably won't use up the entire bag). Spread the shredded cheese on top. Cover with aluminum foil and pop in the oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. For the last 5 minutes, remove the foil.
