I found this on my camera froma few weeks ago.

Stir fried beef which I served with noodles. I have no idea of what is in it apart from the obvious in the picture.

Yes I am sure - all the other pictures were mine. I remember taking the picture, meaning to post it then came up against the can't be bothered symdrome - end of term, tired and fighting a cold and stuffy chest.
