Default Pepperoni Chips!

Three of my friends and I have been getting together after work on Friday nights for "Girls Cocktail Hour". We each have our favorite cocktail, and sometimes SIMPLE snacks.

I was surfing the 'net, looking for some wicked easy munchies and found THIS wonderful gem!

I tested a few tonight and I'm thrilled! They are no work, take 12 minutes, are as crispy as bacon or potato chips, and you can dip them if you want!

Can't wait to play around with these!

They would be an easy substitute for bacon in or on just about anything!

Pepperoni Chips

Buy a package of sliced pepperoni. Lay the slices on a cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes at 350.

Drain on paper towels, and sprinkle with black pepper.
