Default What's Cooking NCT Sun. 5/8/16 to Sat. 5/14/16?

Sunday I cooked my mother's day dinner - eye round roast, baked potatoes, steamed baby spinach and burgundy pan gravy.
Monday was fast food.
Tuesday was pasta with tomato sauce.
Wednesday was tacos.

Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Never explain yourself. Your friends don't need it and your enemies won't believe it anyway.

Had a chili dog last night. This afternoon the plan is to make a double batch of hot and sour soup, so I'll have some to freeze. I found a blend of dried mushrooms that I think will be good in it - shiitake, wood ear, cloud ear, and oyster.

That is a nice mix of mushrooms.

Tonight is a P.F. Chang meal in a bag with a fresh garden salad from the CSA.

I'd love a quality chili dog.

This was from last night, and I was impressed.
We got a frozen Pepperoni & Cheese Pizza from Safeway's. (Signature brand.)
We added a little more mozzarella. It was fantastic- Especially for $3.99 + our added cheese.
Chinese restaurant tonight YAY weekend.

Last night we had London broil cooked on the stove top grill pan, mac and cheese and broccoli salad (dressed with lemon juice, oil, fresh garlic, salt and pepper).
