Bacon-Cheeseburger Pizza Roll-Up

1 lb. lean ground beef
4 slices bacon, chopped
1 small sweet onion, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
1/2 lb. Velveeta, cut into 1/2" cubes
1 (14 oz) refrigerated pizza crust
1 (8 oz.) jar pizza sauce, heated

Preheat oven to 400;
In a large skillet brown the ground beef with the bacon and onion.
Drain; return everything to the skillet.
Add the Velveeta; cook, stirring frequently, until the Velveeta is completely melted.
Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray; Press the Pizza dough into a 15x8-inch rectangle on the sheet. Spread evenly with the burger/cheese mixture.
Starting at one of the long sides, roll up the filled dough; re-arrange if necessary so that the roll is seamed-side-down.
Bake 20-25 minutes, until roll is golden brown.
Cut diagonally into six serving slices.
Ladle a small amount of the heated pizza sauce onto each slice.

Oh my... not at all healthy!! But...oh so gooood sounding. I haven't had velveta cheese in years but I think maybe, I shall have to let it revisit my taste buds.
