Chicken Breast in a Bun

2 small chicken breasts - butterflied
heavily seasoned flour
garlic powder
franks hot sauce
deep fryer
tomato
pizza bun
blue cheese dressing(optional) i used ranch

season your chicken breast, and marinate for at least 20 minutes in franks hot sauce.

what happened with the fryer? btw do you ever deep fry the bacon?

i deep fried the plastic coating on the handle..lol

its ok, i needed to change the oil anyways..lol

yes i have deep fried bacon, i also have deep fried meatballs

what you don't like deep fried plastic? LOL i hear it gets nice and crispy!!

meatballs make perfect sense!! i always fry mine in a pan before dropping in the pasta gravy.

but then the sun would be in my eyes ............ which would bring on one of my migraines and that would ................. brrrrrrrrrr you don't even want to go there ............. lets just go back the way we were ............. oh how funny the way we were oh look slide forward a bit oh ok.
 
That looks great, and you can never go wrong with bacon!! But plastic is tough to get right, good call leaving it off the sandwich, LOL!
