startyed out as a pressed cuban burger from a bobby flay cook book ..
then i tweaked it a bit ...
so its 80/20 chuck seasoned with salt and pepper ...
made balls with the meat then stuffed grated cheddar cheese
into them .. sealed the hole then turned them into patties ..
grilled until your desired doneness and then topped with
thin sliced ham, swiss cheese and sliced pickle ..
then press the burgers on the grill .. i usually make them a bit flatter
but did not want the cheese to come out ..
