Johnny good to see you posting.
I have 2 sides curing right now They will finish on 7-1-2015. I am using the dry cure method. Going to rub them down with course black pepper before smoking them with hickory. CF
Lots of sub folders to.

I made a mistake once, I thought I was wrong, but I wasn't.
