Serves 4

1 cup Flour
1/2 tsp. sweet paprika
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Black pepper
1/2 cup milk
1 Egg
1 1/2 cups Dill pickle slices, thin
Canola Oil for frying

Mix the flour, Paprika, salt, and pepper in
a bowl. Lightly whip the egg in a separate bowl. Add the
milk to the egg. Heat the oil (about 2 inches in a deep skillet, or in your deep fryer) to 325. Dip
the pickle slices first into the flour, then the egg
mixture, and finally back into the flour. Carefully place the
pickles into the hot oil. Do not overcrowd. Fry until golden
brown (about 6 minutes), turning once. Drain on paper
towels. Serve warm, with a few dipping sauces...
(ranch, horseradish, and a mild Queso are my choices !)

I'm gonna have to try making that for my dh. I'll bet he will like them.
I used to think the worst thing in life was to end up all alone. It's not. The worst thing in life is to end up with people who make you feel all alone. Robin Williams
