Cornish Game Hens on charcoal rotisserie

Time's running out for nice grilling weather, so I broke out my Weber kettle and fired him up.

Made a few ABT's from the last of the garden jalapenos, cherry-smoked some bacon, and rotissed a couple of marinated game hens using this marinade https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/30501/grilled-cornish-game-hens/.

I stuffed the cavities with fresh rosemary and sage.

Served with sausage-bread stuffing that I'd had in the freezer, and grilled asparagus.

Made a platter to send over to my friend/neighbor.

Love my rotisserie. Wings are on the menu this week and I'll do them in the basket I bought for the rotisserie. Made them once before and they were great. Those hens look fabulous!:readytoeat:

Thanks, Craig!

Geez, I haven't done wings in the rotiss basket in years - great idea!
