Well my first food shopping outing went well. Went to my favorite food store and the Asian store (HMart).

So now my dilemma is I have no clue what's for dinner. To many choices! :yum::bounce:

Not sure what dinner will be. DD mentioned ordering pizza.

I am hoping to do food shopping tomorrow at my regular/favorite store. I haven't been there since Feb....

Yesterday - No breakfast. I had very small amount of Panda Express (ordered online and pick-up) Black Pepper Angus Steak, noodles and fried rice for lunch. For dinner I had about 1/2 cup grits made...

Breakfast was a turkey and stuffing sandwich.

I have my turkey bones and scraps simmering. Soup for dinner if all goes as planned.
Need to take kitty back to doctor so I will go from there.

I boned out a turkey breast. Roasted the two halves and the bones and scraps In separate pans at 425F for and hour.
