I finally tried the baked cod with mayo, which I didn't think I would like at all. To my surprise, it was really good. I used crushed croutons for the crumbs, and the ones on top really did stay...

I made some crabbies. I freeze them, put them in a large plastic bag, and then just take out what I want and broil them for a little while. They're crabby, cheesy, little bites of delight.
