Used leftover chicken to make chicken salad sammies, plus coleslaw and Fritos, which were BOGO at the grocery this week, with 1 bag earmarked for Frito pie soon.

Sous vide cooked lamb, under broiler when it was done. Next time, I'll shorten the cooking time a bit and set the temp a few degrees lower, but it came out so tender. Steamed, then roasted potatoes...

Chicken vesuvio. A fairly simple, 1 pot meal, but quite tasty. Dessert was almond butter/cacao nib cookies.

Sort of a pho/ramen noodle fusion bowl with Asian flavors marinated pork tenderloin, baby bok choy, radish, green onions, and jalapeno slices for Craig, with a little drizzle of sesame oil for me.

Just use unsalted broth and then taste at the end of cooking time. I'll post the recipe tomorrow. We've made this on and off for years ever since Craig started smoking turkeys.
