I bought the ingredients for stuffed breast of veal and stuffed cabbage. Not sure which will be tonight's dinner. OR if DD wants something else. :whistle::bounce:

Now I will HAVE to make meatloaf! LOL Maybe meatloaf surprise with cauliflower. I had planned to make one soon but now I am craving it.

We also love a crust/bark on our meatloaf. I use convection roast to cook my meatloaves. Seems to get a better crust than regular bake.
I never use a loaf pan except to mold them sometimes for more...

Brunch was Smoked turkey breast and lettuce on half long roll with mayo, salt & pepper. Side of fruit cocktail.

Last night's dinner was Italian sausage, green, red & yellow bell peppers, onion, brown cherry tomatoes and mini penne pasta. Topped with fresh grated cheese.
