I just salt, pepper, garlic powder and either pan sear, broil or grill until nicely brown.

Serve with mint jelly.

Thai Stir-Fried Spinach and Udon Noodles

Saw them make this spinach dish on the Milk St. TV show and it looked so good that I had to try it. I re-wrote the recipe in my own words.

I have yet to find any morels, but the weather has been so hot and muggy this summer, that I went hunting for boletes.

Just found a few, and one little chanterelle. Dehydrated them in my toaster...

Which work shift do you prefer?

Sass Muffin mentioned that she's looking at a permanent position on the second shift.

In my experience, the first shift was 7 am - 3 pm.

Second shift was 3 pm - 11 pm. Third shift was 11...

Sass and Jimmy, I'm thinking about another Hawaiian pizza this weekend, but using a pre-made pizza crust or flat breads.

You just heat them up (what temp?) until the cheese melts?
