Camarones criollo con arroz, con pan cubano, AKA shrimp creole (cuban style) with rice, with cuban bread. This was one of my favorites in my 20s. We haven't had it in ages and I asked for it tonight.

That first picture is oh so true in our house, even down to the orange and white kitty.
We can't even have a low amount in the food bowl or we don't sleep. Mork monitors his food bowl religiously.

Homemade crab ravioli using the knuckle meat from our last of the season stone crab claws, with a roasted red bell pepper sauce, and a simple salad to start.

Homemade deviled ham, using up some of the Easter ham, with alfalfa sprouts on toasted potato rolls, macaroni salad with yellow and red bell peppers, onions, celery, and shrimp.

Serious Eats says 3 months. I've never kept them that long because I make small batches but with all that salt I have no doubt about the 3 months
