it's a liquid, but only (about) 50% water.
water+flour=gluten
apparently alcohol does not make gluten. does the wet thing, cooks off, leaves the crust more tender.

well..... suet is an upscale taste/texture version of "lard"
having a local butcher,,,, I can say there is a difference.

there is only one solution: a silent ring tone, assign a different ring tone to people you want to hear from.... ...
