Pork tacos, green rice and refried black beans. Pork was roasted in a mixture of orange juice, achiote paste, garlic, cilantro and a serrano, then shredded. Used up the homemade corn tortillas.

A take on Momofuku's pork belly buns. One has a spread of hoisin and Sriracha. The other has a homemade variant of Chinese hot mustard.

Did you use the same ratio given in the recipe for the correct amount of cabbage? Mine has never been too salty.
