Breakfast for dinner. Corky's potato latkes, sausage patties and fried eggs. Applesauce and sour cream to go with the latkes. Everything is kind of brown, but it was good.

We always make a mix of ketchup and Worcestershire and spread it on the top of meatloaf for the last 15-20 minutes of cooking.

Porchetta sliders with caramelized onions, provolone and roasted vege mayo on toasted buns. Side is potato chunks steamed, then roasted/fried with olive oil and salt and pepper.

About 15-20 minutes in freezer and then I vigorously trimmed the fat. The pugs got the pieces that had a little too much fat in them and the odds and ends pieces where the fat made the steak pieces...

Actually that's 1 rib eye very thinly sliced and it was $6 a lb boneless for the steaks when we bought them. We had more arugula, just didn't use it for the picture. That plate served us both.
