Thanks! The glaze on those short ribs is from smoke. No sauces were used in the making of these ribs.

Tonight it's a Greek Summer Salade with store-bought chicken on the side. The leftover chicken will be chicken salad for the road Thursday.

It was and they loved it. I made poached eggs for myself. The sausage is paleo/gluten free/ no nitrates and excellent.
