he's got a whole yard full of 'toys' - balls - tuggie thingies etc - the chipmunks and squirrels are feasting on my tomatoes, the dog is playing fetch with the acorn squash . . .

no - not deep fried - 'just enough to swirl around' but watch because the breading can soak up some of the oil. I had to add another 2-3 T about midway....
