My store had a sale on Romaine, BOGO, so I got 2 packages of three heads each.

Turmeric-Roasted Chicken with Barley

Cooking Light used faro instead of barley, but I didn't have any.

Made these tonight and they were the best ever!

Halve them, toss with olive oil, s&p, and garlic powder.

Roast at 425 for 20 minutes, flipping after 10 minutes.

Perfect!
