okay - thanks. the farro is in the "health nut" aisle - I'll check what the package recommends. I don't think it's been par-cooked aka 10 min stuff but I could be wrong.

yup. I cleaned it up for posting but I keep date, weight of roast/turkey on the sheet.
the do Move or Copy Sheet, Create Copy, paste it at the end, then a name change.

making oven things clean

you've probably seen/heard/read about this technique. it actually works.
dryer softening sheets, detergent, hot water, soak over night.
store brand dryer sheets, Dawn detergent, plastic (animal)...

pre-heat oven and baking stone to 450'F

s&p, brown the beef, set aside.

crimini mushrooms finely diced. I don't care for the food...
