Re: What have you eaten Sunday, 2/16/2020 to Saturday, 2/22/2020?

About the potato, Lucky lol
I normally nuke them.
I baked it in the oven at 375 for an hour.
Don't have a microwave yet.
There was enough there to satisfy.

I just changed the band aids, so I'm down to one now.
I'll keep it open to air tomorrow.

Re: Medtran and David Rosengarten's Crab Cakes

I followed the recipe using 3 cans of Chicken of the Sea lump crab meat only, did not use wine or any extra liquid, a little Old Bay seasoning and the rest.
I'm pleased that this recipe produced 4...

Re: What have you eaten Sunday, 2/16/2020 to Saturday, 2/22/2020?

The cuke/snap pea salad has become cuke and onion salad dressed with Ken's creamy Italian.

Re: What have you eaten Sunday, 2/16/2020 to Saturday, 2/22/2020?

I'm making crab cakes for dinner tonight.
I've got 3 cans of lump crab meat, and will attempt the recipe medtran shared.
Sides? Possibly baked sweet potato and a cold mini cucumber/snap pea salad.

Re: What have you eaten Sunday, 2/16/2020 to Saturday, 2/22/2020?

I was going to take leftover korma and rice for my work lunch, but my friend Jules stopped in last night and I made her a take home container. She loved it.

So.. this is going in my lunch tote....

If I feel like it, I'm making chicken korma tonight.

I've got Patak's sauce but much prefer Sharwood's.
