I need to quit doing this.... the bacon is Helper's Bacon Ends and tastes like ham It's smoked. I did it in the oven and over cooked it due to a phone call.

I did this for lunch today. It is more of an Italian version and used Italian seasonings and marina for the sauce. It's quite easy and spiced it up with Tapatio. I used gluten free macaroni.

I ended up going to Bob's Burgers for the seafood and chip and was disappointed. The batter was to thick - usually it is more tempera like. I never did get any cake. All in all it was a quiet day.

I made puttanesca without anchovies since Peter was here for dinner. This was thee basic Food and Wine recipe and was well recieved.
