I just put a gluten free pumpkin bread in the oven, a test loaf, used A Taste of Home recipe, and subbed GF for all purpose. Iím using Bobs Red Mill one for one flour. I have the oven on convection...

Tonight it is veg korma we didn't eat Friday night- flavors were excellent. The rice was turmeric brown rice.
