Made Ol-blue's again, but used Bell's Poultry seasoning this time. Cooked a bit too long for my liking.

Also, I put mushrooms on the bottom along with the onions - I prefer it without.

Storebought tzatziki - fantastic!

I tried this Joseph's tzatziki that I found near the refrigerated salsas and hummus in my regular supermarket.

OMG!

It's delicious! It has a whipped texture, garlic-y, with crunchy bits...

I was considering an easy pork loin recipe and Ol' Blue's was wonderful. She had excellent recipes and I still miss her.
