I'm making gluten free pasta with cheese (mac and cheese) and tuna. I'm experimenting with Mission cheese dip, cheddar, butter, milk, and parmesan.

Last week my brother wanted tuna salad with hard-boiled eggs so I did up a dozen steamed hard eggs, used four in the tuna salad and pickled the rest. I've been eating an eggs and some beets every day...

Last night baked a coho fillet with lime, cilantro, and honey. it was easy to do but next time will do it on the grill. I would of last night but it was raining.

Last night I had one last salmon Caesar with white anchovies.

Yeah, it was something the food service industry came up with. Mattís is a gluten free pinko encrusted breast served with cheese grits, normally. Itís a popular item on the menu.

Last night I had an airline chicken breast with garlic fries. Tonight is my last night in Park City and will have a Caesar salad topped with a grilled salmon fillet.

It's been a busy week with subbing everyday for a teacher that its chemo for 4 days the first week of every month. :sad:

Thursday was a half day so teachers could do report cards so on the way...
