Okay, C-man, I went through the trash to find the list of ingredients for you. :flowers:

Had to look up several of the items.

I think the emmer was what made this so different and delicious....

This may be the absolute BEST stew I've ever eaten! More like the consistency of chili, but without the chili seasonings.

I bought a bag of mixed beans, barley and grains and I adapted the recipe...
