Using the starch or tapioca makes it gluten free which is what she wanted. I'm sure flour would be fine.

Last night the mrs made a vegetarian korma from scratch. The side was a fried cauliflower thing with slivered almonds, and naan. It was all pretty good, albeit some lamb would have been nice, for me....
