making a Pittsburgh-blue steak

i can't post pics @ this point so therefore i'm teaching yins the way i learned-

this steak is also known as a Pittsburgh rare or a black/blue-steak~

-get a cast-iron skillet inverted & crank onto hi well before yins intend 2
make this steak (should let that be 4 quite awhile)
-then take a higher-end cut of meat (beef)
-trim
-i prefer filet although other cuts may be used.
-then your steak is placed on your skillet
-cook a few minutes, 2-3-ish
-turn
-proceed & cook 4 a few add.t'l

'kay, if that's properly cooked, there may well be mooing.
