Seafood Salad

8 oz. medium shell pasta, cooked, drained & cooled
1 cucumber, peeled & cubed
2-4 green onions with tops, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 pint grape tomatoes
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 lb. imitation crabmeat, flaked or use fresh crabmeat
1/2 lb. salad shrimp
1/2 (more or less) cup mayo
2-6 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning (to taste)

Combine all ingredients & refrigerate at least 1 hour. Tastes best after 3 hours.

Round these parts, we have a "Seafood Hoagie" - Seafood salad (without the pasta) in a (american) cheese-lined hoagie/torpedo/submarine roll, loaded with the seafood salad and topped with the usual suspects (Lettuce, Tomato, Onion)
