What are the spices? I haven't seen that one yet.Chicken Tikka Masala.... another McCormick Recipe Inspiration card things.
(But I will add a step and marinate my chicken in some yogurt first.)

LOL I may make steak, rice and salad for the 3 of us. I went to Trader Joe's today shopping. I just remembered - and I don't know why but I saw a can of Joe's O's (TJ's version of Spaghetti O's) and I picked up a can for my daughter (she likes that stuff once in awhile). She can have that for dinner.Mama, your steak is outstanding. I wish I had it right now!! I'd like to see the inside, but I probably couldn't take it...
Oh, I do remember those days (not fondly). DD almost had apoplexy when I suggested that we go get a burger, and we could put hers in the blender. No sense of humor at all!
Brown or red gravy? Sounds yummy!!I ended up making "meatloaf meatballs" and have them in the slow cooker now. I basically made the meatloaf recipe (except I don't measure anything), on the back of the lipton onion soup box, using oatmeal instead of breadcrumbs. I browned them, and put them in gravy (used half the recipe, so the other half of the packet went into the gravy). Will serve with potatoes and possibly corn.
Sounds very good. I sometimes make meatloaf meatballs (or burgers) or meatball burgers and simmer in red sauce then serve with green beans and rice. The rice tastes good with the red sauce.since I was using the onion soup mix, I made a brown gravy. I think it goes better with potatoes.
I also bought peanut flour and can't wait to try it.
It's high in protein and gluten free. It says its good for thickening soups and gravies, adds great flavor to breads and excellent for coating meats. I think I will add it to the other flours I use and make some dough.Peanut flour? I've never heard of that. What are your plans for using it?
